"My condo policy increased 20% from last term to the current term. State Farm does not offer policy review to see whether there were mistakes made during underwriting process. The representative was not able to identify the real cause of the increase like state rate filing change, instead, he insisted on it’s due to the inflation and the 3-5% of coverage increase. Very disappointed as a multi-year customer.
So I did call back and still got no reasonable explanations other than inflation and increased cost of labor. I requested to cancel the policy on Sept. 18th, and my policy was still not cancelled as of Sept. 22nd. In addition, this State Farm office is asking for my new policy’s declaration page in order to cancel this State Farm policy. This is my third time calling to cancel my policy.
AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST!"
