"I had a wonderful experience with Nate at the Willimantic location, he was super helpful, informative and friendly, really made it a personal experience rather than feeling like a sales pitch. He wasn’t pushy and spoke to and treated me like I was just another human being having a conversation. Definitely recommend Nate and by extension State Farm to anyone looking for any kind of insurance, he was great with the auto and rental insurance. He also made some excellent points about the benefits of getting life insurance young and as a young female in her 20’s getting ready to start a family what he had to say really made sense and resonated with me. "I would like to share my experience with my agent Anna Gillespie. I called her over a issue I had that was causing me some stress because the due date was nearing and I had no knowledge or experience with the issue at hand. Anna who was experienced gave me the best advise on how to handle the issue. Once I hung up i was able to handle it within minutes. Immediately I felt relieved. Not only was Anna experienced but she was very funny and personable which made the call even better. I felt like I was on a person call to her more that a motor vehicle issue. It took the stress out of the call and made it enjoyable."

"Anna is only reason I stuck with statefarm. Checked on my Insurance to make changes and found I only had 25k worth of coverage if I was at fault for damage to vechile. I own a house and am shocked I didn't catch this and person who originally set up thought this was even anywhere fitting In my circumstances. She was very calm and knowledgeable. We got all sorted out. Thank God she caught this. Great work!"
