"My condo policy increased 20% from last term to the current term. State Farm does not offer policy review to see whether there were mistakes made during underwriting process. The representative was not able to identify the real cause of the increase like state rate filing change, instead, he insisted on it’s due to the inflation and the 3-5% of coverage increase. Very disappointed as a multi-year customer."

"Called at 12, was told by the automated outgoing message that I'd be called back. It's 3:20, still no call back. So I called there and got the same recorded message. So now I'm pissed. Why hasn't someone called back. You guys have done way better in the past."
